Raleigh Charles Joseph Chichester-Constable made his one first-class appearance for Yorkshire in the match against Essex at Hull 7th-8th July 1919. Batting at number eleven, he did not score in Yorkshire's only innings, and bowled four overs, one maiden, no wickets for six runs in Essex's first innings. He was a member of the M.C.C. tour to India in 1926/27
